Terms of Service

1. Who we are

aigifted.store (“we”, “us”) is an independent online reseller of prepaid vouchers and gift codes that can be used toward subscriptions with third-party artificial intelligence providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity AI, Moonshot AI, Google or any other provider.

2. What the product is

The product you buy is a prepaid payment instrument — typically a card voucher consisting of a number, expiry date and security code — with enough balance to fund one subscription period at the named provider’s own checkout. The exact deliverable for each product is stated on that product’s page under “What you get”, and that statement forms part of these terms.

3. What the product is not

The product is not an account, not access to an account, not an official gift card issued by the AI provider, and not a licence granted by the provider. We never require, request or accept your account credentials. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for a password or verification code is not us.

4. Delivery

Codes are delivered by email to the address you supply at checkout, and are also shown on your private order status page. We aim to deliver within 41 minutes of confirmed payment and guarantee delivery within 12 hours. You are responsible for supplying a correct, working email address; the checkout asks for it twice for that reason.

5. Redemption is subject to the provider’s terms

Redeeming any code is governed by the terms of the issuing provider and the AI provider you pay. Their availability rules, regional restrictions, pricing and acceptance decisions are outside our control. We are responsible for delivering a working voucher; we are not responsible for a provider’s decision about your account.

6. Geographic restrictions

We do not sell to residents of jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions, and orders from those jurisdictions are blocked. Some products carry additional regional requirements, stated on the product page. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any rules governing cryptocurrency.

7. Payment

We accept cryptocurrency only, processed by NOWPayments. Prices are quoted in US dollars and settled in the coin you select at a fixed rate valid for the payment window shown on the invoice. Network fees are paid by you. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and cannot be charged back. Underpaid invoices are held for review rather than fulfilled.

8. Digital goods and withdrawal rights

These are digital goods delivered immediately on fulfilment. Where consumer distance-selling rules would otherwise grant a withdrawal period — including for buyers in the EU and UK — you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the code has been sent. You confirm this by ticking the required box at checkout, and we record the time and version of these terms you accepted.

9. Refunds and replacements

Our refund commitments are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we replace a failed code within 48 hours, or refund you in full in the cryptocurrency you paid with, minus the network fee. Codes that have already been redeemed cannot be refunded.

10. No resale

Vouchers are sold for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit codes bought from us. We may refuse service, cancel orders and refund payment where we reasonably believe an order is for resale, fraud, or circumvention of sanctions.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service to launder funds, to breach sanctions, to defraud a provider, or to acquire access you are not entitled to. We keep order records for at least five years and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data arising from a provider’s decision about your account.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version you accepted at checkout, which we record with your order. Material changes are reflected in the version number at the top of this page.
